Acceptance of an order

When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content and prices.

Cancelling an order

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 24 hours and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from and also see Return, exchane& repair section as below.

Payment options

Payments at shop can be made via Paypal or with a credit card to follow the instructions. If you would prefer to pay bank transfer, please place your order by email to info@ysajewellery.com

Postal addresses

Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been dispatched.

Packaging

All jewellery will be in a black jewellery box and carefully packaged to be sent. Please let us know if you would like to be provided extra gift wrappings.

Customising product& Bespoke

If you would like to customise products from Yuki Sasakura Assiter Jewellery collections or order bispoke pieces with us, please get in touch by email info@ysajewellery.com for free consultations.

Enquiry

We can discuss how to customise our current range or create bespoke pieces with your ideas and budgets, deadline etc.

Deposit

After you could agree with final design, production details and price, we will require 50% deposit initially and the final 50% on completion.

Production and dispatch

Payment Once we’ve reached from you, we will start ordering materials and making your pieces following our production calender which is agreed with you. Please find more information in Shipping section as below.

Shipping

Dispatch

Products in stock: 1-3 working days to be dispatched. Items need to be customised for your size/ requests or ‘Back Order’ items can be take 5- 14 working days.

Made to order, customised or bespoke design pieces: 2-6 weeks to be dispatched after confirmed design and made a payment by you. We will notify you if it will take longer.

If you require an item for a specific date, please contact us before making your order. We will try our best to meet your request.

Delivery

U.K. deliveries: £5 for Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class. Delivery takes around 1-3 working Days after we dispatch your order

Collection: Free at our workshop in Hatton Garden, London between Wednesday and Saturday. We will contact you when your order is ready. Please book your collection time and date by email to info@ysajewellery.com

EU deliveries: £12 for Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For. Delivery takes around 3-5 working Days after we dispatch your order.

International shipments: £18 for Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For. Delivery takes around 7-10 working Days after we dispatch your order.

Custom charges: International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Yuki Sasakura Assiter Jewellery has no control over these charges.

Yuki Sasakura Assiter jewellery assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control.

Return, exchange& repair

Return& exchange

Please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt If you are unlikely not satisfied with your items. Yuki Sasakura Assiter Jewellery accepts return or exchange eligible items when they have been returned within 14 days of their receipt. Eligible items must be unworn condition or no customised. Items need to be returned in original packaging. Stock items can be exchanged for another stock item, a credit note or refund can be issued. This return policy does not apply to bespoke, customised items and sale items.

Items will not be refunded or exchanged until the returned package has been received by us. We recommend you use a tracking service or insure valuable items. We do not accept responsibility for shipping fees, sales taxes or import duties. We are not responsible for items that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit.

We will then refund the cost of the goods, but your original postage costs will not be refunded. Any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of UK will also not be refunded. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

To claim a return or exchange please email to info@ysajewellery.com with your order number and details of the products to discuss available options.

Repair

We offer a year warranty for your Yuki Sasakura Assiter Jewellery items excluding sale items from the date of receipt. We agree to repair your piece free of charge if any issues arise within this period. After this period we will accept to repair your pieces with fees. We do not offer repair for any piece not purchased through Yuki Sasakura Assiter Jewellery.

Liability

Website information

We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.

Prices& services

Prices for on the website are subject to be changed without notice at any time. We shall keep the right to adjust prices or discontinue the services. All estimate prices for customised or bespoke pieces are valid for 30 days.
